At AndaSeat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned product for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
